License Agreement
In order to download and use the templates and designs made by Pixelys.com, you must agree to the following terms:
You are free:
- to Share — to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work
- to Remix — to make derivative works
Under the following conditions:
- You must NOT claim copyright ownership over my designs.
- For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work.
- You cannot slice these designs, convert them to x/html or Flash and use them in a menu building software (aka. DHTML menu builder tools), whether directly (ie. the software developer) or indirectly (users).
- Using my designs in your own website templates is OK (Selling templates that use my designs is OK, too, provided that your templates are NOT just my designs being converted to html)
- Personal as well as commercial work is permitted, provided the other terms of this license are respected
- Any of these conditions can be waived if you get permission from me.
